Upon receiving a mortgage application, we will undertake an evaluation of your mortgaged asset. The amount of loan to be approved will be estimated and upon our confirmation, monies will be released together with a mortgage receipt.

2)  Original I/C (MyKad – Front & Back)

3)  Original Land & Assessment Tax Receipt (Latest)

4)  Latest 3-month Salary/Pay Slip

5)  Latest 3-month Bank Statement

6)  Latest EPF or Tax Declaration Form (BE Form)

7)  Utility Bills (Electricity, Water, Etc.)
